girls camp

monday june 13: arrived at heber valley. played "bounce pass pass." laughed at jim. unpacked and got settled in our cabins. camp rules. dear. ride that pony. dinner. sing songs. lights out.

tuesday june 14: woke up. walked to lake. canoed on the lake. walk around the lake. lunch. dear. missionary story. lotion craft. dinner. crayons. stay on the path and in the lines. mafia game. lights out.

wednesday june 15: breakfast. went on a five mile hike. thirty minute dear time&journal. got a pedicure. took a shower. bag skits. snipe hunting. lights out.

thursday june 16: zip line. high course challenges. rope challenge. service project. mom came up. dinner. skit made by older girls. games. testimony meeting. hugs. prayer. said goodbye to mom. letters from dad, mom, and riley in bed. reading my letter from riley outloud. girl talk. lights out.

friday june 17: woke up. ate. packed. cleaned. headed home. (i didn't even get ready in the morning.)

during count off- russ: jim, you be 24 and i will be 25.  jim: so i go first?

girls camp was a BLAST! i enjoyed it very much. i have amazing leaders and talented girls in my ward. i loved being up and away from the world! i got a lot of thinking done. i missed family and him, but it was good to get some jalissa time. my testimony has grown even more. the church of jesus christ is the true church. god has a great creative side and has made the most beautiful things. he made the world. he made men and women. he made it possible. thank you to those who made girls camp worthwhile.
