two thumbs up for life

i am happy with my life.

i am, indeed, very much so happy with my life.

i am so happy with life.
of course there are reasons but they are the ones that mean something.
life is great and here are some reasons.

first, i finished the book of mormon. (finally, after two years..)
i finished on august 10, and announced that i would be getting my young women's medallion.
second, my relationship with my parents is the best it's ever been. i can talk to them about all my worries, concerns and just to talk with and giggle. today, mom tackled me and tickled me. it's good to know that she remembers all my SUPER bad ticklish spots. and today, dad gave me a good bear hug. real good hug and i loved it.
third, even though i haven't heard from riley in 7 weeks and one day today, his e-mails still do the work i need done. he makes me happy.
fourth, i have ran three days in a row. (i know you are thinking.. three? but that is a huge accomplishment.)
then, i have been going to the temple every month at least once and i believe that is major part to why i am so happy.
sixth, my church leaders have been completely amazing.
seventh, i get to go to my homeward, in west valley for a homecoming. all the meanies will see how much i've grown and will feel sorry for being rude & i get to see all the old people who made a difference in my life, bless their hearts. i am stoked and they don't know it's coming!
eighth, i have been learning to cook and this week coming up, i will learn to sew. (i am going to be such a great wife.)
ninth, i got accepted to the tech center and i couldn't be more stoked! starting when school starts, i will be a physical therapist in training.
and tenth, my retainer is finally starting to do it's job. my teeth went crooked and my retainer couldn't fit so i got it fixed and finally, after about four months, my teeth are starting to move back to being straight.

and these are just a few of the reasons. if i told you every reason, this would be a never ending post... and neither of us would like that.

but here are some more reasons, just for fun.

i have a house. i have parents who love me. i have sisters and brother in-laws who love me too. i have a great friend serving his mission and many more on their way. i have food on my table. i have the opportunity to go to school. i have a bishop. i have great leaders who are teaching me the right. i have a bed. i have a room. i have music to sooth the soul when ever i need it. i have sight, hearing, taste, smell, and touch. i have health. i have pictures to last me a life time. i have friends who teach me how to be strong. i have the book of mormon. i have the church of jesus christ of latter day saints. i have a heavenly father who listens to my thoughts and my prayers. i have a brother who gave his life to give me mine. i have it all. i have everything i could simply ask for. i have everything i need and then some.
