i woke up to my dad making breakfast and watching tv, the news.
it was weird because he normally never had the tv on so i knew that something was going on even as a little girl.
i remember feeling so sad for the people and never understood why this would happen.
the sight of people jumping out of the building to save their lives was heart wrenching for me.
at such a young age i didn't know what was going on and to this day i still wonder who would do such a thing?
my heart goes out to those who suffer from the loss they received that day. that awful day.
and my prayers go out to those who have loved ones still fighting for me and you to be safe.
how lucky we are to have such strong and amazing people who keep us safe.
