who reads this anyway?

I thought I should all let you know what is happening with me because it is sort of a really big deal. Like I announced in the last blog post, Landon proposed! I never knew what it would feel like and I honestly can't describe the happiness of that night and everyday since. Landon got it just right!
On November 27, Landon took me on a double date with his sister and brother in-law. We went downtown to the Gallivan Ice Skating Rink to spend the night in a Christmas mood. First, I cannot ice skate, lets get that one straight! The Gallivan Center worker came on over the intercom and asked all the ice skaters to get off the ice and I immediately thought, 'the zamboni!' Landon said, "babe, come with me." We took off towards the empty ice rink and right as we hit the edge to jump on, it hit me. From now until forever, I will be spending every waking moment having this man I am deeply in love with and I burst with excitement! As we skated to the end of the rink, away from the world, his sister and brother in-law videod and pictured this precious moment for him and I. We laughed and I told him countless times that I love him. I knew it was coming and I didn't have a care in the world! He told me how much he loved me and a few other things that I hold dear to my heart, then the moment came! The handsome man got down on one knee on the cold ice, pulled out the little black box that held the most prettiest ring my eyes ever could see, looked up and me with his nervous wattery eyes and I heard the words, "Will you marry me?" The excitement began and I jumped and almost yelled "yes!"
This was just the "short" version. I keep re-living this day and wish I could just keep going back to such a perfect moment. I am even more anxious and eager for the temple! I love Landon very very much and I cannot believe it to this day, that he will be my man forever!
