Okay, so maybe they didn't really help. Maybe they made it worse? But, either way we had a blast. We always do!
Tuesday, I went over to watch them while Amanda and Papa ran to the store for a few things. They were sleeping and I was watching TV. Tuesday was the day of the "huge storm!" (which i thought was the sissiest storm ever! it was ridiculous, i mean were the blizzard warnings even necessary?) While watching TV, I heard a big bang and thought nothing of it. I got up to look out the window too see how bad the weather really was. I looked out and saw Jaxon, my sisters dog standing outside, shivering, limping, and just dumped with snow. My first thoughts: DID HE GET HIT!? WHY IS HE LIMPING?! Amanda is going to KILL ME! I went to the front door and called for Jaxon. Without hesitation, he came limping up to me. I put him in the bathroom and went to check on the other three dogs. As I opened the garage door, I said a strong prayer, "please be out here." All three were gone! I panicked. After calling my mom, I talked to Amanda. I apologized and told her I would go look for them and take care of the sleeping kids to the best of my ability. To make an incredible long story shorter, I found the rest of the dogs before Amanda and Papa got there. You could say i'm a superhero. Amanda told me that Jaxon had been limping due to a fight against the dogs last week. I was grateful. Very Grateful!
I came home today from school, to the best nieces and nephew! (minus mya) We have played all day and even took some naps. I enjoy their company very much. Wednesday is always a gathering of the family so I knew Kaitlin and Mya would soon make an apperance. And that's just what they did. I walked into the living room to find Mya watching Ratatouille. It made me smile, does it make you?
(i love my family and the adorable additions we've had in the last 15ish months!)
