Today my mom, Quinn, and I went to the dermatologist. I have a wart on my toe that is too stubborn and won't go away. The doctor scraped off the wart, burned it, injected it, and burned it again. As she was burning it, I got light headed so I took a rest and layed down. When I sat back up there was blood, of course I went back to laying down. There was still a lady in the room and started rubbing my toe with something to make the bleeding stop. At that point I was almost in tears. We finally left the dermatologist! In the car on the way home I wanted to scream at the top of my lungs because of the pain, but I thought it might frighten my mom and Quinn and little too much. We stopped at Wendys and that helped, but only a little, considering people asked me if I was the mom of Quinn and all the pain. It still hurts.
park city get away-
As I laid in my bed, tossing and turning because of the pain my wart was giving off, my sister, Kaitlin texted me and asked if I wanted to go to Park City and look at the Outlets. I'll be honest, getting up and walking around sounded like death to me, but I said yes. I needed to get out of the house!
She picked me up and we were shortly on our way. Here are some memories I don't want to forget so I have to post them.
memory number one:
Kaitlin is sucking out of Mya, her daughters sippy cup. I look at her awkwardly. Kaitlin says to me, "Try drinking out of this! It's almost impossible!" I looked at her with the respons of "Uh, no. I'm okay." Kaitlin, "No really, try it. I don't see how Mya or any kid drinks out of these things!" I tried it and I did great! I don't know what is wrong with Kaitlin. (later during the day, i saw kaitlin trying to get some more juice out of the same cup!)
memory number two:
As we were walking into Old Navy there was a boy manikin dressed in a very good looking outfit, in my opinion. Out loud I said, "WOW, that's a good looking outfit!" While I walked away I watched this boy manikin. Then again, out loud I said, "I'm in love with a manikin!" The look Kaitlin gave me was priceless. When Kaitlin and I left, there was a little girl about five or so. She was also in love with the manikin. Besides a little too much I might say, she was patting him and talking to him as if he were real.
memory number three:
Kaitlin and I were listening to "Your Love is my Drug" by Kesha. At the end, randomly Kesha says, "I like your beard." I was singing along and when it came to that part I continued... me: "I like your beard. WAIT, I really do." As I rubbed Kaitlins invisible beard. She didn't think it was funny but I laughed about it for a while.
memory number four:
We came home during rush hour so of course we got stuck in the great traffic. Kaitlin and I had fun though! (pictures below) I Had my camera out and I told Kaitlin, "I am going to freak out people and pretend to take pictures of them!" I held my camera up to the window. Kaitlin stopped me. Lame, I know.
memory number five:
Kaitlin was driving. We were almost home. I saw a guy on the corner and he was looking like it was a day gone bad for him. I wanted to make his day go somewhat better. I instantly thought of a brilliant idea. I hurried and asked Kaitlin, "Can I role down your window and yell out to that guy?!?!" Kaitlin, once again looking confused replied with a "...sure?" I rolled down my window and shouted out the famous words of Jessica, "Hey baby! How you doin?! OW! OW!" I got a weird look from the guy and started to role my window up as I was laughing. I looked at Kaitlin who was turning as pink as a crayon. This time I was confused... "Kaitlin, why are you so red?" Fanning herself, Kaitlin technically yelled, "I am a married women and you yelled out my window! I am so embarrassed!" I laughed at her. Yes, right in her face! She wasn't even the one yelling. I am still confused to why she was red?
Of course I have pictures! Nothing better than pictures of your favorite memories!
