First day of school, terrible!
I have always loved the first day of school till this year. You usually go to school excited to see everyone and see the changes. Dressing in the latest fashions and making new friends. I walked into school with Kayci, a friend of mine, talking to her about how it's the worst to walk in on the first day alone. Thank goodness we had each other. We found a few friends and started to talk. Kayci left to talk with her past friends as did I. I made mine walk me to my first period. I walked in and only knew one out of the many familiar faces. Class change? I think so. Second, I walked to seminary meeting a new friend, Chandler. He seems funny! We had an awesome lesson and I am excited to see who my new teacher will be. I then went to lunch. Jessica, Dallon, Gupp, Austin and Dallons cousin, Bree was there. I found myself complaining to them how "school sucks!" It seems like there is no one from last year at our school anymore. All the fun kids had graduated and it's a huge bummer. I entered the room of my worst subject... chemistry. NO familiar face made me week in the stomach. About three to five minutes after the class started my friend Ben walked in. We partnered up and worked with each other on a crazy assignment. I felt like the smart one. All I have to say about that is Ben is now known as Dino. Off to sign language it was. I knew a girl, Jenna and we did the activity together. I am quite excited for that class. I came home so bummed out. A break down wasn't nessecary, but it happened. To sum it up, first day of school: A terrible, no good, very bad day.
The second day of school I walked in not looking forward to it at all. Emilee and I walked around trying to find people we knew. I found Jessica! I went to my first class which is photography. You can say I am a little excited for this class! I sat down by Maddy, an old friend, and a boy named Dillon. He is from Bingham but only comes to West Jordan for photography. You can say he is odd and weird. He asked me on a date, I said no, because first, I am interested in someone, Austin, and I had just met this boy thirty minutes ago. I almost ran out of that class with Dillon following me. Austin was waiting for me and I gave him a big hug hoping Dillon was watching. I'm not rude, I just don't like creeps. An assembly was performed. My thoughts about it; The SBO's are definately new at this whole thing, but did a good job. Drill, YIKES! They shouldn't have performed. I love the girls on it, but they need a little more practice with that dance. Dance company did awesome! I enjoyed their dance a lot. I think color gaurd is awkward. For the cheerleaders, WOW! They did amazing! I miss it, but glad i'm not on it. I was then on my way to finacial literacy. I think I will like that class very much. I know quite a few kids and the teacher just tells stories. We might all know her whole life by the end of the semester. U.S. history, boring. It's an old man with the lamest things to talk about. All my friends have an awesome teacher and I am super annoyed by that. I already have homework in his class. HISTORY! I know, totally screwed over. Last period of the day, finally. It's algebra 2 and it's me and a bunch of sophmores. I feel stupid. I already have homework in that class too! My second day of school went a lot better than the first, which I am glad! I am stoked for football games, dances, and everything in between!
