the weekend with jessica

Friday night, (July 30) Jessicas family left for Flaming Gorge and she stayed with my family for the weekend. On Friday, I picked her up and we drove to maverik to get some food then headed to my house. My dad was going to Wal-Mart and Jessica and I tagged along with him. We made a quick pit stop by Jessicas house to look at her movies. We got "Over the Hedge" and "Horton Hears a Who." Papa Mike, and us were on our way to Wal-Mart. Papa Mike let us get a few snacks so we did! As we were standing in line, there was a guy that kept looking at me. I turned to Jessica and said "Watch him look at me." She whispered back, "I thought he was looking at me!" We both laughed and continued to look at the guy. As we left, Jessica and I looked back at the guy at the same time and smiled. I told Jessica "Everytime I looked at him, I smiled." She replied to me with a giggle and this, "I did that too!" It's scary how much we are alike. My dad had us stop to get an appetizer. We got back to my house and my dad sighed. Applebees forgot Papa Mikes chips! I offered to run to Reams and get him some. There was a long like so Jessica and I both stood in a different line, only one lane was open. The manager called up 'Zach.' This is how our conversation with him went.

Zach: How are you girls?

Me: Eh, we're alright.

Zach: Just alright?

Jessica: Yeah, just alright.

Me: Applebees just totally ripped us off!

Zach: Oh yeah? How?

Me: They gave us this awesome sampler, but forgot the best part, so we came to Reams!

Zach: But Reams chips suck!

Jessica: You work here! They're good!

Zach: Well, you girls have a nice night!

Jessica: You too!

Me: You too! Thanks Zach!

Me saying this to the mangaer... "Thank you for calling Zach up!"

Jessica and I reagganged my bed so that way the big screen would be perfect for watching. I went to put in "Horton Hears a Who" when I realized it was a cartoon and not the one we wanted. So I went for "Over the Hedge." As I looked at the DVD, that movie was also not the one we wanted. So, we got in our jammies and put in the movie "Message in a Bottle." We giggled and talked till we got sleepy. We layed down to watch the rest of the movie and I fell asleep. In the morning, Jessica told me the weird things I do in my sleep, I didn't have much to say back. Papa Mike came downstairs to ask where I had put something, as I ended my response, I asked him "Will you make me and Jessica some french toast?" he said, "You know how to make it." As we layed in bed, we heard my dad upstairs fiddling around. I walked up to go to the bathroom and saw that he was making french toast. After we ate breakfast we headed downstairs to get ready for Raging Waters. At 9:50 am, Austin texted me to tell us Dallons mom was on her way to pick us up. We arrived to Raging Waters and here is our story.

Jessica was so into these tubes that she wanted to get in all of them. So Austin, Dallon and Gupp made sure of that!



After they put all of them on, they pushed her over! It was pretty funny! I laughed for about five minutes after it all happened. NO WORRIES, I, being the best friend I am, helped her out!

This is Zack, but we all call him Gupp. He is just goofing off! Without him, we wouldn't have the clan we have!

Raging Waters was a blast! It was my first time going and I just had so much fun with them! We are the bestest friends ever! People get jealous sometimes. We are always laughing and having a good time. I couldn't have better friends.

On Sunday, (August 1) Jessica and I tie dyed shirts this is how we did it...

Let them sit. (During)

This is what you do before you wash them. You let them sit for 6-8 hours. Then you rinse them by hand, then throw them in the wash. After, you wash them by themselves again the next two times you wash them. I hope they turn out good! I will post pictures of the after.

I had so much fun with Jessica this weekend. She really is my best friend. I can talk to her about anything! She is my number one. No girl is ever going to replace her. Being friends with her has made me realize many things. Jessica is always positive and happy. She is friends with everyone and judges no one. I love you Jessica!
